This word map shows the average percentage of the condom usage around the world. Each country has been mapped by the coordinates and given an opacity / sizing depending on the percentage of condom usage.
By taking the statistics from a spread sheet and transforming them through the use of hierarchy in both color and size and the coordinates of the countries I was able to create an elegant design that combines both information design and graphic design. With use of Didot and Railway Typefaces I am able to show a usually taboo topic in a more elegant platform.
